Works / Recruitment Site
SORAMICHI
Recruit
"Looking for people who open the skyway." — A recruitment site that conveys the quiet pride of working for a regional airline. (A fictional sample project.)
Challenge
An island-hopping regional airline with real social purpose — but low name recognition and too few applicants. They wanted the work's appeal told in the words of the people who do it. (Sample copy.)
Approach
We interviewed twelve people — pilots, mechanics, ground staff — and built content that lets you live a day in each of their shoes: a field guide to every role, plus candid round-table talks.
The design takes its motif from an aircraft crossing between sky and sea: quiet, sincere. Two paths lead to open positions — one starting from roles, one from people.
Outcome
In applicant surveys, "the employee interviews" became the most-cited reason for applying — leading to better-matched hires. (Numbers are samples too.)
